Yet these economic, demographic, labor, and insurance trends continue to progress to this very day radically altering the landscape of the dental industry.

And while each of these present their own unique set of challenges for dentists in private practice, they are accompanied by astonishing—literal once in a lifetime—opportunities for dentists who are willing to take advantage of them!

In this presentation, you’ll be the first to hear Jeff discuss the updated high-level growth strategy and plan we’re disseminating to all MGE Power Clients. He’ll provide a brief, yet concise picture of the current state of the dental industry, explain the various trends affecting it, and what the potential outcomes and opportunities might be.  He’ll then detail how you can “ride the wave” to take advantage of these factors and map a path to career-long prosperity, practice growth, and incredible financial rewards!

In this presentation, Dr. Moussa will simplify all these different modalities for you and give practical insights into how to become a more confident and efficient implant dentist.

Dr. Moussa has lectured internationally on topics including hard and soft tissue augmentation around implants, partial extraction therapy, and full arch therapy. He currently practices full-time performing periodontal surgeries and dental implant rehabilitations.

NEXIT (NETWORK EXIT): THE WHY, THE HOW, AND THE MOTIVATION TO GET OUT AND STAY OUT.
Presenter: Alexander Matheson, DDS, MGE Power Program Graduate

Alex Matheson, DDS

Objectives:

  • Demonstrate how staying "in-network" creates a false sense of security.

  • Discuss the exact tools needed to break away from the chains of insurance, treatment plan like you want to, and to help the dental industry into a revolution of patient-centric dental practices across the country.

  • Discover the specific sequence of actions and practice health metrics Dr. Matheson used to move out-of-network and create a fee-for-service practice.

  • Explore specific methods to effectively communicate going out-of-network to your patients to maximize retention.

Having been there himself, Dr. Matheson knows why you haven't gotten out of network yet! Having faced the exact same challenges and concerns that you have, he truly gets it. You may be stuck in conservatism (or fear) when it comes to NEXIT (network exit, you know, like “Brexit”). Or you might be afraid that patients will leave, and that it could create the impression that you are a “money-hungry dentist.” Having experienced these issues firsthand, Dr. Matheson knows how overthinking and moving too slowly keeps you in the mythological comfort (and poor profitability) zone of in-network status!

In this lecture, Dr. Matheson will demonstrate that NEXIT can be easily achieved with many of the tools you already have as an MGE Power Client!  He’ll show you how in just a few short years since 2020, he’s been able to take his office from a little over $1M a year to over $4M and add a second location—all while going out-of-network!

Since becoming clients back in 2002, they’ve gone from one practice producing around $1M a year to two practices collecting $10M all while working less and having tons of time for family, travel, and fun! They just acquired two more location and have set 2024 target of $14M. When they began with MGE in 2002, their children were ten years old and three years old. During this presentation, you’ll gain powerful and practical insight into how Drs. Philomin and Adusumilli treatment plan (and sequence treatment) in their practice. You’ll review 15 real-life cases, including specific data about each patient that would affect treatment planning. Then they’ll demonstrate how they processed this information to develop an applicable treatment plan and sequence that achieved a successful outcome.
