Arvind Philomin, DDS & Divya Adusumilli, DDS
Since becoming MGE clients, Dr. Philomin and Adusumilli have taken their practice from $360K to nearly $10 Million per year, with a practice that places over 200 full arch cases per year! With Dr. Philomin’ s advanced training on implants and restorations, having placed over 10,000 implants in his career, and Dr. Adusumilli’s advanced training in orthodontics and correcting malocclusion, their practice handles just about every type of case from simple, run of the mill to complex.
Ehab Moussa, DDS, MsD
Dr. Moussa obtained his Bachelors degree in dentistry from Alexandria University, Egypt. He then joined his father in a specialty practice focusing on dental implant rehabilitation. In 2012 Dr. Moussa joined the periodontics fellowship program at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. Following which he pursued a Masters degree and residency in periodontics at CWRU. Following that, Dr. Moussa joined the implant restoration fellowship program at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr Moussa has lectured nationally and internationally on topics that include; Hard and soft tissue augmentation around implants, partial extraction therapy, and full arch therapy. He currently maintains a full-time position in private practice limited to periodontal surgery and dental implant rehabilitation.

Dan Brown
Known for incredibly effective seminars and workshops in addition to consulting and coaching services, Dan has provided Needs Analysis reports, skills assessments, flow evaluations, marketing evaluations (both online and off-line), management coaching, business troubleshooting, staff seminars and custom training materials for managers as well as for employees. Dan has focused on helping businesses boost their income on an immediate basis, utilizing both outbound and inbound marketing strategies, off-line and online - inclusive of social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, video marketing and others.
Nathan Owens, DMD, MBA, FAGD
An MGE client since 2016, Dr. Owens grew his practice from $1.1M to over $4M a year and now has expanded into 5 successful locations, with approximately 60 employees, and close to $8M in revenue. He knows how to help attendees get started, create the resources they need, and be successful no matter how large their group or practice becomes.

Jennifer Scirocco
Jennifer is a Power Program Graduate and the Office Manager for Dr. David Gianino. Despite the staffing challenges we’ve all experienced over the last several years, she has defied the odds by building and retaining an extraordinarily competent, trained, and productive team of 13. This has been a key factor in their efficient operations and continuous growth up to $2 million a year.
Rushi Trivedi, Engineer, MS & Shilpa Trivedi, DDS
Since becoming clients back in 2002, they’ve gone from one practice producing around $1M a year to two practices collecting $10M all while working less and having tons of time for family, travel, and fun! They just acquired two more location and have set 2024 target of $14M. When they began with MGE in 2002, their children were ten years old and three years old.
